Whether it's because he is hurt or not, if Jennings can't run we will struggle on offense against non terrible teams. Is Davis THAT bad at decision making? He can sure run like we need.

Agree. I'd love to know what the coaches true thoughts on JD are. I have heard HUD rave about him his natural freshman year. He obviously did something to lose the coaches trust.

As a matter of fact the Saturday before the season started I was talking with a friend that goes to every state game in BR and he said Jennings was one of the slowest QBs he'd ever seen in the sec.

There is video of him running the Zone Read against Texas A&M. He doesn't look anywhere close to that right now.

The jump balls are what is called 50/50 balls. We throw them evey game depending upon the matchups. In his analysis he forgot to mention several other points, poor route running and dropped passes by a young group of receivers. He pretty much hit on everything else.

Never saw the video but if he looked as if he could actually run it he hasn't looked like it since he's been here. He has looked slow down right scared to get hit since he been here, unfortunately what he did against TAM won't help us now.

He hasn't looked like anything close to it. But I suggest you and others look at the video to gain some perspective, clearly he is not the same athlete right now.

Ok so what's your point. We don't need him 2 yrs ago we need him now. We can argue till the cows come home if he was good 2 yrs ago or not. The bottom line is for huds offense to be successful we need QB who is a threat to run. AJ has not been that all year. This year he has looked very timid when he runs. Unless you can figure out a way for the runs from 2 yrs ago help us now "what difference at this point does it make".

Don't know if the receivers were open downfield or not . He saw them open. I saw soft passes upfield. Anything over ten yards upfield I'll continue to call jump ball because I expect more than 50/50.

I think the point is that the injury is slowing him down in regards to running the football.
