Like Hammer and Express, I won't vote now, but will give him a neutral 5 at this moment. He is no Hale, he is no Winstead. Not on paper, anyway. It also remains to be seen how much the RCAF board will choose to protect him from T-Joe and Farmer's influence and handcuffs.
