You have to think that the fact that we've had such limited success over the years...and no coach has gone on to coach elsewhere... had to always be a limiting factor in who we could then subsequently attract here. Once Coach HUDSPETH has success (which he will) and is eventually hired away, that more than anything else will help us in our NEXT coaching search. And that will allow us to aoways have a quality pool of candidates to choose from.
Just another reason why this hire was so darn critical!!

JP just wanted to say thanks for all that you do. I have been a critic of the DA's coverage of UL athletics. You have changed that. I know the Gannett model and you will probably move on at some point but I think we all owe you a thanks and support for as long as you are here.

I will be there myself I made an ink pen that I would like to give to Coach Hud. The pen is made out of black red and white acrylic. So if anyone can help me get close to coach I would appreciate it.
