WKU has the top athletic budget in the Sun Belt Conference. They are successful in whatever they compete in. Having said that, their attendance needs to improve to be more attractive to bowls.

Hey, they have to understand that any decent hotel draws the line on accomodating pets at dogs and cats. They do not consider goats to be pets. And despite the normal debauchery in the French Quarter goats are not acceptable companions, dates or significant others.
They just need to hold out hope that the state of West virginia creates the Banjo Bowl and maybe they'll have a shot of being accepted (both on and off the field).:p

This is just not right fellas. If you're going to post references to WKU like this, you should always post a link for the consumer to refresh his/ her memory about such reference. Or at least remind those of us not so familiar with why all the Goat bowl references. As for my opinion, Screw them. I'm glad they're ticked off & hope they swill on it all year. I contacted the ticket office this moring. The person I spoke to acknowledged my prior deposit, and said I would be contacted in the next sevral days about the tickets purchase. He said since I made an early deposit I would be amoung those who get the first options.Quote:

I agree that we deserved to go bowling and should have been placed somewhere in the Big West days (1993). Other than that, six wins means bowl eligibility, however, that doesn't mean we should be in a bowl. So, more recently we may have been snubbed once with six in the win column, where it looked like there should have been a place for us.Quote:
