I was told the mid week/ weekend differential was only in baseball and only when p5 teams lose to g5

Maybe spending to improve stadiums is the kiss of death

First time I saw him at cypress bayou casino was for my wife’s 50th bday. I happened to have a red UL polo on. When he saw me sit down at the blackjack table he put his hands on his head looking somewhat ashamed. We ended up doing fairly well that night at the table and when I got up he shook my hand and said thanks. We all have our vices.

You know what that would all require? A higher commitment from the UL Administration in Martin Hall. We don’t have that. If they treated the advancement of athletics like they do the advancement of academics we could have it all.
But instead of a symbiotic relationship athletics is viewed as a necessary evil.
This × 100000!!!!
It's both sad and mind boggling to see fans defend and support this mediocrity. This mindset of, well he had a good last year of his contract, so we HAVE to extend him....NO WE DONT! If you can't judge this coach's tenure of over a decade of milque toast, mediocre performance, then you get what you deserve....mediocrity. Sorry, not sorry. I believe we can do much better. But by all means, keep giving your podnuh a paycheck so he can retire here. Cause, you know....we can't let a legend slip away. God forbid he have another below average 3 years and a final good season of his contract. We'll extend him in perpetuity. SMH.

Blackham isn’t or ever will be answer. Footprint to small, east side floods.
Besides…Delta State, Arkansas Angels, Mobile and Loyola-NO. Pick the year. Good night.
Blackham is not the answer but one or two throwback games in blackham every season would be pretty cool.

Beating a Texas, a Florida, or a Georgetown every once in awhile will get people interested. Bobby Paschal beat all 3 of these teams, and we saw how the fan base jumped on board. On the other hand, constantly flexing about winning 18-20 games when most of those teams are Sun Belt, SWAC, or Southland schools will not move the needle with people. As a matter of fact, it does the opposite. That's like football scheduling 4 non-conference FCS teams, going 4-0 in those games, and then bragging about finishing 8-4. Well, you still went 4-4 in conference in most likely would finish in the middle of the pack. People see through that kind of stuff.
Start beating the Auburn's, Florida State's, and TCU's more often. Yes, I know there are road games. But that will definitely generate more fan interest and get more people on board.

Yeah, but those teams won't schedule us anymore, cause theyre......wait for it.....scared of us. And we wonder why we're not respected.
