Just trying to see if there is a logic to the coincidence of events.
If you want to go to a better team, they are busy right now.
If your goal is to get noticed by a team that is sitting home with a losing track record, declaring for the portal right now might be a great time to get noticed.

It seems to be inevitable at this point. Looks like Bobby is staying. Like someone said, no coach wants to coach on an expiring contract so it wouldn't surprise me if they even extended that guy another year.
