Except for a few premium covered rows, NO UPPER DECK. So never a chance of looking like an empty stadium from the road.
That's what The Swamp should jump on.
A fully enclosed bowl and an incredible press box with many venues underneath.
Apartments, offices, coffee shops, meeting rooms, post game press room, rentable rooms for corporate meetings etc...

I spoke with someone today who said the contractor has been picked and that they will start after the last game of the season.
I like the idea of no real upper deck but awning on the student side would be a waste of money cause it would only produce 25% of the shade it needs to.
Ok who is the architect on the stadium? Can’t remember.
I know Architects SW was working on it at some point - not sure if that’s still the case
