Went walking through new stadium this morning. Very impressive and well laid out. I do have one small complaint/concern.
Underneath the older bleachers on the third and first base lines it's still that ugly gravel instead of concrete and weeds are growing through it. With all that money spent to make this a beautiful atmosphere the gravel and weeds takes away from it.
Pretty sure that maintenance will be dealt with closer to the stadium being open to customers. I understand your thought on it with possible visitors. They don't want to concrete this area as it will be in future improvements when the bleachers are replaced and the grandstand extended to these areas. Until then, why spend the money on concrete.Quote:
