This situation isn’t on Marlin. You can’t miss wide open shots all night against a good team. And that’s exactly what is happening.
Cajuns are playing hard and they’ve gotten open looks. But 0-6 from 3 and at least 2 missed from point blank range under the basket.
That’s the difference in the game. Marlin ain’t out there missing shots
