How do you figure that the students agreed to those rules? Also, why wait this long to enforce them? It's selective enforcement and they're doing it for no other reason than to exert unnecessary control. It's a flex and a big middle finger to the students.

Funny considering the source we got it from were from students at the tailgate. But go off.

Free parking across congress is almost full, but the pay lot inside the fence next to Bertrand was almost empty as of 20 minutes ago. Not sure how the crowd will be.

There’s a policy. All the so called adults can sit here and try to be cool with the kids but at the end of the day, the policy has been there for years. I agree it’s selective enforcement but what’s your idea on handling the situation? Crying about it won’t change anything. I gave suggestions but everyone has their blinders on because they either want to brag on social media that they “won” or they want to be “cool” with the college kids. End of the day, this is the real world. You’re not getting someone at the university fired because you’re not getting your way. Time for the adults to grow up.

Or the university can be adults and enforce their rules properly while not fumbling their crisis communication skills.

What you don't have is a reference any past implementation of the newly unveiled rule.

You seem to have no problem with our university’s poor communication skills or inconsistencies. The rule could be there for 1,000 years. That’s not on the students or fans if they call out the university’s ineptness to not enforce it.

How you defend this incompetence is an even bigger head scratcher.
