After passing by again this morning it looks like the walk is at least 4 feet wide.

I also noticed they were pulling up the track at the track and soccer stadium.

didnt they just redo the track surface like 4-5 years ago? how long is a life cycle on that kind of material?

That surface usually last about 7-10 years in S. Louisiana. High schools and recreational parks usually push it closer to 10 years

Looking at the close up camera shot of the second floor opening I see what same to be some sort of intake or exhaust system that has been in place for some time now. Anyone know what this might be. The 6x6 railing is still in place for safety reasons. Also any word if all those opening will remain like is are will there be some type of louvers for air flow in place. Going there today and if one of the workers is around I will ask the question and hopefully he will have the answer. Will also try to get permission to go in the stadium and get pictures of the suites and press box which I don't think anyone has seen yet. That might be a chore though......

Frenchie the exhaust is for some of the kitchen equipment. No louvers.

I think it would look better with louvers or some type of slatted opening over each of the openings, not just over the exhaust ducts. They could be painted to match the rest of the dark gray metal, but I don't think it's terrible open. Obviously the wood railings will need to come down eventually

Wouldn't be surprised to see that up for a little while longer. It wouldn't be uncommon for some of the concession equipment and installation of that equipment to be outside the scope of Lemoine. Which means others may need access up there for a little while until that work is finished.

Lemoine had an item for FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) in their contract. Don't know if that was for all of it though. I suspect that any covering of those openings won't happen until all of the finish work is done. That can happen any time.
