I said this earlier, it’s been an unprecedented offseason with no spring practice and tons of distractions. It looks as though Napier had the guys more focused and motivated than Iowa State. The 2 turnovers and special teams TDs were the difference in this game. Other than that it was pretty a pretty even and uneventful affair.

One phase of the game we had a distinct advantage was team speed. So much so, it was noted on one of ISU’s sites. Big slow corn fed boys.

I didn’t see Z Hill or Dalvin Hutchinson. Did either play? Anybody know anything?

Ok dumb question time. Should we have just kneeled on the ball instead of scoring that last TD?

The South Alabama stadium looks nice, Tulane looks really bad

Should they have not let us score? Is it not their job to stop us? It was only a 13 point game at that point.
