So Brett Farve throwing across his body had nothing to do with it? Sure thing. Hope you have fun with another 7-9 season and Brees joining the Broncos in Free Agency. Oh the tears will be delicious.

Good coaches emphasize tackling, schemes, and discipline. Turnovers are causation of that. I see a coach yelling about stripping the ball instead of properly tackling or covering someone...I see a coach who won't be around much longer.

Saints only team in history to have something go their way to win a championship ship..got it. Thanks for agreeing with me, because that's what I said in my original post...and everr post after that....it's how you do it.

Sure thing crazy...you are a master at football. Everyone knows less than you. You should be a coach. I'm sure the Saints will be looking for a new head coach soon. Maybe you can make them lucky again.

What year was it that kapernick floated a ball to Crabtree in the NFC championship game in the endzone to seal the win for the opposing team? What team was that? I can't remember? On cue hawk has no argument...name calling in 3..2..1..

on a different note, I heard that the freshman DL player Zyon Hill from New IBeria was injured yesterday on 103.7 and they did not elaborate Anyone have any info? They said he had surgery during the off season.

It would not be a stretch to call the Saints one of the unluckiest teams in the NFL. All teams need a break or two to go their way in a game.

To me, if your main focus is creating turnovers, that means you don't think your defense can force a punt. Of course, takeaways are huge but a sound defense will give the offense enough chances to win.

That's the team that didn't need an onside kick in the Super Bowl. Thank god they pulled the foot off the gas...cause beating Peyton Manning by 60 wouldn't have been nice. I've always heard the Superdome was on an ancient indian burial ground. You don't need to tell me about breaks...I still have nightmares of not running for 1 yard.

That's my point. If turnovers are that important...you can't stop ____. A turnover is not a defensive stop...it's the bounce of a ball more times than not.

You can't plan on it but sometimes its (int) more effective than (a punt) because the defender just can't say no. :)
