O Well I respect your opinion. Anyone of the two QB's could of done that tonight. This wasn't stiff compitition

I agree, nice win. But we can't rest on our laurels.
I like Haack because I like passing QBs. But, I really like a QB that can lead the Cajuns to victory. HUD said it was time to stick with one guy and it's Nixon. He did great. It's time for HUD, this team and us, to continue getting behind him.

um ok... well maybe Brazil should be the KR guy, but haynes has the suddenness and wiggle needed as a punt returner
Nixon had a very Broadway like game. Made most of the throws when he had to. Made most of the correct reads and quietly accounted for the majority of our touchdowns. Anyone complaining about a performance like that after the past 2 weeks can never be pleased. Just give up being a fan.
No they didn't lose. They got hammered with an ugly stick, but hey, they scored last in a 66-7 smack down before their HC crowd. Coach canned right after the game.
As related to our team, when Brazil hit the hole around the 25, you could see him turn it up a notch when he saw the lonely kicker in his way. I expected 50 point since that what TxSt averages giving up. I'm content with 49, but it could be argued 60 was realistic. We took care of business, period.
And an offense that averages about 2 touchdowns and 100 yards more more per game. We made them look pretty pedestrian with the exception of a few 1st half miss tackles and garbage time yards.
Keep it in perspective. It wasn't perfect, but we dominated a team we should have after an off first half. Do you really want anything else after a WIN? A win after the past 2 weeks? Enjoy it. It really helps if you let yourself enjoy it.
