Disappointing loss, but here is the deal. I told you guys months ago that the defense was going to go through growing pains this year. They are going to improve.

The offense is fine. We scored nearly as many points on them as Virginia Tech did last week.

It was disturbing to see just how much their up tempo messed us up. That’s coaching.

Hopefully our staff improves this year as well.

ODU is good.

But we were told this week that this was the best Defense we've had here. I noted that 2021 and 2020 were likely the best defense at least in the last 20+ years and it was called gobbletegook
