It should improve the squad as far as potential, but it's still new guys coming into a new level of baseball. There is no doubt that we will have some good talent coming in, but like this past year, it might take them half of the season to warm up to the competition.

Since Steven Sensley, I discount all LSU-E stats 40% to net present value D1.

I'm pretty sure that most of them would be very competitive in this sport. They won baseball games with no offense, surely they could get some prevailing shots in at the sorority house!!!! Got to at least give them that.

At least it won't be 7 of the 9 in the lineup like was the case much of the early part of this year. Also, I would think that players like Tomplet, who went to the JC championship was facing some pitchers that will be D1 pitchers next year. I believe close counts. We will see.

Edit: and hopefully it will be with the assistance of a different hitting system in place.

There has to be a hitting approach the team believes in, the whole team. Everybody has to be on the same page, all in 100%, not a few successfully freelancing, like we've had recently.
