Exactly why my first 750 posts were lackluster...kind of like preseason, you know? Keep some surprises for when you really need them. But then, when the 751st post came, well....um, what were we talking about again?

Three other sources have said that Hudspeth took the job. And ESPN's Joe Schad tweeted that Hudspeth is the new coach - after I called to talk with him about what he's hearing and tweeted about it 15 minutes earlier.
