We are required to have 14 home games every year as part of the Learfield contract. We have 15 this year because we have 20 conference games, not 18 as last season. Also, previously agreed to contracts called for both SLU and McNeese to come here this season. The 14 home game requirement may be a factor in the reluctance to do 2 for 1 deals.

I would hope he is patrolling the lane more often than not and hitting the boards because he's appeared to be our most athletic front court guy and most aggressive which is where we could use him.
Dou had the ball more in the second half simply due to the fact that Russell was not available. Julien also missed a lot of time in the second half due to having been poked in the eye.

Mike, does this really affect our ability to enter into 2 for 1's with schools? We can work a different, lower level school for a home game to compensate for the extra road game. Teams do this every year.

Can't answer that question. Probably not an obstacle that can't be handled if we really wanted it to do. Learfield 14 home game requirement may be only a slight factor in this but one none the less. Larger factor may be the reluctance of the administration to enter in such deals.
