_ agreed! i don't know how much the other beers are, but seriously a quart of abita amber at a cajuns game for under 10 is a fair price. a 12 oz cost at least 3.50 if not four at any bar in town. The large draft at bww is in the 6.50 to $7 range, two bucks mark up for the "at a game" fee is reasonable.
What i don't get is why we cant have something like a jambalaya at games, it's cheap and can be made mass production style. I think home and away fans would dig on that and give us one more thing to be known for, not just the normal crap nachos and burgers.
We are already nationally known for our food in the parking lot of cajun field, why not inside cajun field. I don't mind forking 7 bucks for some food but why not make it actual food? Festival international seems to do fine and average prices are 5 bucks a serving.
All of our ancestors were poor as _____ cajuns and figured out how to make some pretty damn good food, duplicate that _
