But UNLV aint beating Boise. And especially not on that blue b.s. field with a Heisman Trophy candidate.

A conference championship is a bigger deal than any bowl outside the playoff. It should cost$$$ accordingly.

I watched a good bit of the Boise Wyoming game. Guess it left me feeling Boise is vulnerable. They looked terrible.

Comparing the conference championship game to a regular season game at Cajun field just because it’s at Cajun field is not realistic. Pay $20 to park, it’s optional and the money goes to UL unlike the tickets. So support your school or save$20 and walk 5 minutes. But please stop with the finger pointing and complaining.

Just to be clear. I pay for what I think is worth the money. Bought my season ticket seat to the game(worth it) Did not buy a $20 parking pass when I can walk 5 minutes for free(not worth it) $20 is a few beers. Half price tickets for basketball with the big fish( NOT WORTH IT)

$20 for a ticket is pretty cheap given what it cost to go to a movie today. By contrast, the avg. ticket price for the Texas - Texas A&M game was $1,095 with the highest ticket costing over $4,000. A&M filled their 102,000 seats.

I was listening to College Sports this morning on Serius XM and they talked about Louisiana and the Sun Belt. Said UL has a good team but needed to beat Tulane to be in the conversation about the playoff giving us an 11-1 record. They still talked about what seems like 2 tiered G5 conferences, the MWC & AAC, then the SBC, MAC & CUSA. That is how the country sees it as well, I'm afraid. Hard to overcome perception.

Even if we had beaten Tulane, I think the bad loss to South Al eliminated any small chance we had.
