He is on the team because of his dad.

Vinnie is young and will have a chance to work himself into a place on the team. I would never say never with him or anyone on this roster. If he is on the roster, he has a chance to contribute. Will it be hard for him, absolutely, will it be impossible, no way. Just the fact that Chancellor White is probably unavailable for part if not most of this season, has moved him up the food chain already.
I'm just telling you my opinion on the kid from what I've heard from others around the team.

I'm not disagreeing with you that his road will be hard, but not impossible. If you can shoot you can shoot and with a small sample size, he has proven he can shoot. In 5 games and 32 minutes last year, this young man was 5-12 shooting and 4-9 in 3 pointers and two of those games were Drake and Texas, granted most of his work was done vs non D1 or mop up duty in blowouts, but he can shoot the ball, he just needs a chance.
Re: Basketball Season’s on deck
But can he shoot the standing J like DaBoot?
Re: Basketball Season’s on deck
Vinny "BUCKETS" is gonna show off against UT-Tyler!
Re: Basketball Season’s on deck
Now why y’all on here talking down about a player on the team. VINNY is my guy and is one of the best shooters i’ve seen come thru UL, if he is given the time the coach thinks he deserves he will be successful. He is also a great teammate and hard worker!!! #BradBoydBasketball
