Re: UL - LSU Baseball Scrimmage 11/13/22
Can someone point me to the post or article with the baseball signing class? I saw a couple of new names that I can find on the roster, but would love to read a summary of them. There is currently nothing in their bio, which I assume won't get there until the Spring season. Yuhasz being the most intriguing.

There all here unless they take in a transfer between this semester and next. The 2023 Class can sign next week during the early signing period.

I wouldn’t try it. You would have to haul it back to your vehicle. For softball, security was present and it was like a regular game except no tickets. Concessions were available.

Thats UL for you. A scrimmage against the purple and yellow in our amazing facility. 13th highest attendance in NCAA Baseball last season on opening day and they won't allow you to bring in a couple of cold beers to catch some Cajuns Baseball.
The "Threat" is a ____ load of us filling seats, bringing in 3-4 cold beers after work at the Tigue.
I wanna say it was 2001 or '02, UL told the fraternities we could bring an ice chest of cold beer to Lady Cajuns Softball Facility. This is one hell of a long time ago but I wanna say we were in a left field bleacher. If im mistaken, we were on the 3rd base line somewhere behind LF'er.
But what got us over there even more than the ice chest of cold beer was Lady Cajuns Softball gave us a Home Run Derby at the dish, throwing from the flat mound.
It was a very cool experience for folks who had never hit up a Lady Cajuns Softball game. Hell, first time I and a bunch of us, actually, every one of us had never stepped inside facility.

Thanks.
Would a restaurant let you bring in drinks when they sell them inside? Why would the Cajuns let you bring in drinks?

You must have meant the flat pitching circle. Softball has no mound and no mound is flat. Baseball pitchers however stand on a raised mound slanted towards home plate, while softball pitchers are on flat ground with a white chalked circle known as the pitching circle.:ms13:

Most restaurants will allow a patron to bring their own wine. Not that I would do it, but people do.

Re: UL - LSU Baseball Scrimmage 11/13/22
Flat mound sounds profound.

Re: UL - LSU Baseball Scrimmage 11/13/22
If you are drinking a nice bottle of wine, both come out just fine. They will charge you a $30 corking fee and you may save $50 or more.

Re: UL - LSU Baseball Scrimmage 11/13/22
I was at a golf course around here a few years ago. People were trailering their own golf carts to the course. Weirdest thing ever.

Years ago you could pay an annual membership fee and bring your own cart for free.

I will get a combo at Burger King, then go to Twin Peaks and sit at the bar to watch the game. That will go over good.
