Have you seen a storied program like UCLA's stadium? Only seats 1,328 and comparatively is a dump.
No doubt, more than likely top 5

The last time UL played a diamond sport super regional in South Carolina we went to the mens CWS and by the way a great victory over Clemson.

2,790. I can imagine we've been close to that several times hosting regionals and a super in 2014.

Around 2,800. For the LSU game in 2020 a record of 3,109 I believe went thru the gate.

They probably went on sale at 8:00 EDT, although I doubt there were any available for us.

We’ve been in top 10 attendance for years.

The NCAA attendance stats are not always calculated correctly during the season. Used to drive me nuts that when you had a doubleheader unless you empty the stands they count both games but only one attendance. I went back and forth with their group a number of years ago and only manages to get more frustrated.

Re: Clemson Softball Regional. Sold out.
Is it four for each player plus 100, or is the 100 the ones for the players?
Why doesnt administration keep a tally of these types of things and compare next time we are forced to give more tickets to our opponents.

100 total from what I understand.

Re: Clemson Softball Regional. Sold out.
From what I remember they base it on a percentage of your capacity. The NCAA runs all the regionals.

That's just common sense to count the attendance at a doubleheader for both games! Keep pounding it into their heads!

im not sure if that is true. i know for baseball it was 600 across the board. regionals and supers, so regional it was 200 per team and for supers it was 600. 2014 when we hosted we had to give ole miss 600, and the year after in 2015 in baton rouge they were forced to give us 600. now, it may have changed since then, but that was the rule in place.

When my daughter played back in 2002 to 2005, the NCAA allowed 150 for regionals and 300 for super regionals. Might have changed a little since then.

If they are increasing budgets, then why do so many have small, dumpy stadiums?

Re: Clemson Softball Regional. Sold out.
It appears this has been asked in a couple of threads but I'll try to ask it again. Does anyone have any updates on Coach Glasco's health. I think its very important that he is at the regional if at all possible.

I have asked it in a couple threads also. I do not like all this silence about his situation and I hope Coach Glasco is doing ok. Got me worried as he would be considered high risk Covid for sure.
