Gators Already stealing things!
Re: Gators Already stealing things!
Dam iPhone will not upload the Billy ball t-shirt from the Florida game!
Says,” scared money don’t make money”
Re: Gators Already stealing things!
I’m done with Florida. The honey moon is over.
Let’s move on. We want to be big time ? We want to be in NY6 FBS football? Or playoff ?
Florida ain’t gonna help us I promise you they are only worried about Florida. Billy and his staff could give two ____s about Louisiana now. Move on!
Re: Gators Already stealing things!
Stole the swamp, stole the Coach, stole the t-shirt, and now we move on.

It’s Napier’s quote, not a UL quote. The Swamp is different because that was a UL thing.

Good points. They’re following the appropriation model of baton rouge.

So it’s his? We can’t continue to use it? I’d be surprised if he originated it, but definitely created the buzz about it.

No, he didn’t originate it. Yes, we can still use it. But people are complaining on here that Florida stole the saying from UL when UL has nothing to do with the quote. School smartly made a little money when it was a hot quote but doesn’t own the quote like people are implying.

We’re allowed to go overboard. Everyone knew that we didn’t create it. But what has Florida done that’s Risky and said scared money……,
That’s originated with Billy scared of his kicker.

What bothered me was the poster basically lectured everyone about something most knew.
In a few years after the appropriation everyone will accuse us of stealing it from Florida. That’s historical fact about anything a P 5 gets it’s hands on.
Re: Gators Already stealing things!
If you come up with something on company time, more times than not it belongs to that company.
Not saying that’s the case here because he didn’t make the saying up.

Not surprised as UL has done such a great job of protecting and monetizing "Ragin Cajun"...
Re: Florida Files Trademark Application for Catchphrase Made Popular on Ragin Pagin
Looks like a song was released in Feb by Compton, CA rapper “YG”. Seems he beat them to the punch? Although song titles I dont think can be trademarked, as I hear many different songs with same or similar names.
Meanwhile: I cant think of anything that is the exact opposite of scared money, more than throwing seemingly unlimited money at problems.
