I agree.
It's a road trip. No travel excuses need to be proffered. It is part of the deal...playing college basketball. They just need to keep on keeping on. I think they are focused enough to handle whatever distractions might come their way.

For mentally soft, spoiled entitled people, i agree. Way more people get stressed out by flying than being in a vehicle on a road.

Well as long as bob doesn’t let the team take pulls of the exhaust pipe we should be ok. And you have a way of making excuses before we even lose. If we lose it’s not bevauae we had to take a chartered bus to Arlington Texas. Actually flying has way more side effects on the body that would hinder an athletes performance than riding on a bus. Dehydration, blood pooling and fatigue from low oxygen...but hey we already lost because it’s impossible to win on the road anyway right? We can’t win because of the stress of travel plans changing? Because 18-22 year olds are so set In their schedule structure.

Look if I can take a 12 hour bus ride from port aransas to Lafayette on no sleep and go straight to the gym to work out my chicken legs (which I hate to do) then these young men can go play a game they love for two hours. Geez man it’s not that big of a deal. We will be alright

I don't think anyone is saying, if we lose its because of the bus ride but to refute that travel has some impact is ridiculous.

Travel to the west coast or Cayman Islands across time zones maybe, Arlington Texas no. They sit around at home doing nothing for 6 hours on game day. This is not some brutal travel trip. 2 interstates 1 turn and it’s not like they did it on game day. In this case the travel has no impact and would only be an excuse if they don’t play well.
