Yeah but now the finals will be Monday only meaning you would have to sweep a double header if you lose. With no cancellations the if necessary game would have been the following day meaning you could use bullpen guys both days if needed.Quote:

There's no way they can start the first game until about 7. Even if rain clears now you have to get teams there and full warmup. Going by yesterday, that took about 2 hrs
If game starts at 7, almost no chance the next one starts until right around 11 with the 55 mins between games. And they can play past 1
The decisions blow my mind sometimes. Why do we have turf? So we can decide to postpone a game 7 hours before we have to.
Yeah and why send them back to the hotels? Good thing we have the indoor practice facility, could have been waiting there.

The radar did clear up pretty dramatically the last half hour or so. Surprised they didn't hold off until last second and try a 6:15 start for first game.
