Is 100 pitches kind of the norm to pull a pitcher... seems like our coach pulls pitchers too quick.. when a pitcher is pulled the other team all of a sudden comes alive.. I hate when that happens...sigh.........

Depends on the pitcher and his pitch count. Fuuny thing is that Japanese pitchers can throw around 200 pitches before being pulled. It all has to do with the pither and his arm.
