Besides with C.O. . . . RBIs just happen!
Not a problem, it happens. I was watching the game so was aware of the box score before it was posted anywhere. I'm more concerned with the duo who does the TV broadcasts as they typically have time to do prep work prior to doing the game. I laughed at a game earlier where they were saying one of the US team had 3 grand slams this year, but didn't mention Christi who had 6 this year. I will have to say that they spoke much better about the university and coaches Lotief last night than in prior times I've heard them cover the National team games.
Also cudo's to the US team coach, who's actually playing Christi in the field this year. Last summer, she was only a DH or a pinch hitter.
I would have preferred this photo on the article

Why isn't she playing against Canada?????
She played in the earlier game today.
she played earlier against the netherlands. out of the lineup v canada. she also did not play in yesterday's win v australia. ???
Last year, she only got into 3 or 4 of the 7 or 8 the USA played.

Christi started against Brazil...going on right now.
Two trips to the plate so far today...and she doesn't have a hit. Did get to base off of a walk first time up.
She probably hurt her chances of playing in tomorrow's finals...after going hitless today against weak Brasil pitching.

Christi Orgeron and the USA Softball Women’s National Team run ruled Brazil in five innings on Sunday, 9-0, to finish pool play 5-0 and lock up their No. 1 seed in the finals Monday night the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) of America and USA Softball announced today.
Will this be a one game final or best out of three?
Single game
Well it took only one game............3-0
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Samantha Fischer doubled in two runs, Michelle Moultrie circled the bases after dropping a bunt just in front of home plate and the U.S. beat Australia 3-0 Monday night to win the World Cup of Softball championship.
