Bingo, it has to be exhausting to have NIL agents and P4 programs raid your roster year in and year out.

Agreed. The G5 is absolutely screwed. G5 coaches who develop talent and win can expect their top players to hit the portal once the season is over. It's going to get extremely difficult to build a winning program year over year.

Any other local vultures pimping our athletes besides this group?

The G5 essentially becomes a league for very talented sophomores, and there is no expectation that they hang around for longer than that.
Rosters will be filled with talented freshmen/sophomores, plus upper classmen who aren’t quite cutting it at an elite level school.

I wish they could install some kind of tranfer fee system, where the schools who's player gets poached gets some financial comp. Wishful thinking, it'll never happen

The system is set up. There's no going back now. Many people on here said that if UL could reach that playoff spot, that would springboard them into better recruiting, better attendance, better everything. Basically they would level up and close the gap between themselves and the P4 teams.
The reality is that if UL made that game, they would have even more players in the portal trying to capitalize on their play this year.
The real race is going to be which G5 teams can solidify themselves as a brand of lower-priced but competitive athletic entertainment in a sport where they will NEVER compete at the highest level.
The only people looking over our shoulder to check what we're doing are these agents and scouts from other teams... So you might as well have fun with your brand and turn it into something that people want to see every week, regardless of the talent level on the field.

That’s the only thing that will solve issue but I think that’s will come down to making the players employees and have contracts.

It looks as if 4 year universities’ athletic departments need to plan like a 2 year junior college. Kid stays longer, it’s a bonus.
