I’ve already solved this issue: One team is a conference tie-in; the other is an at large that makes for a good regional matchup and TV pairing.
Why not go to a lotto ball type draw system for the bowl slots, ala nva draft lottery or fifa world cup
Cool idea. Higher rated teams get more balls in the basket. Higher rated bowls get first draw. It would definitely make for some interesting match upsQuote:
