Their starting QB has been out. He’s better than the guy starting tonight, but even with him they are not good.

We took a step back when Napier left, but Troy fell off a cliff.

Troy is bad. S Alabama sucks a little less than Troy does.

For all in the football know, did we not want M. Applewhite for a head coach at some point? Has he fallen that bad or was not that good in the first place?

Billy went .500 his first year. Yes, we had scholarship limitations but we also had some really good leftover talent from Hud. It's a little early to ____ on Applewhite.

In other TUESDAY night action, L A Tech falls in double OT to NMSU 33-30. NMSU blocked a Ruston FG attempt at end of regulation. They’re done, have WKU, SHSU and Arkansas left on the road. They HAD to win this game to have a sniff at a bowl. Now the only bowl they’ll see is Captain Crunch.

And Kennesaw loses again.

What a hoot for ULM. 30 years of pent up nanny-nanny boo-boo headed Ruston’s way.
