He was really excited about this year. Moved into a strong leadership role. Hate that this happened to him. Anxious to talk to him again to get a feel for how he’s doing. Just crushing news for him. Important role for him. Makes year more challenging but that also means an opportunity for a freshman.

My favorite player. Loved watching that guy. Hang around, dude. We’ll see you ball out again.

I believe the answer is yes. He needs to apply for the medical exemption but that should be a formality. He did have a post on Twitter today indicating he plans to return next season. Of course he will have to remain academically eligible as he works on a grad degree. He graduated this past summer

He was injured in practice at the beginning of last week. Word is he does plan to attend the basketball fundraiser tomorrow night.

When I saw this earlier today I felt awful for the young man. Huge blow to the program weeks before the season starts. Kitenge seems like such a good guy too.

I had the pleasure of speaking to hosana last night at the Krewe allon event. He plans on coming back next year. He loves this city and the fans. He wants to do everything he can to help this team win this year.

Why exactly didn't Marlin keep Kobe Julien?

Crushing. I loved watching his evolution as a player and leader. He plays with so much joy, just really fun to watch. Hopefully he will come back next season and get to play at a high level.
