For a school with a degree in Hospitality Management, this should be handled in house.
We have marketing majors, that doesnt seem to be handled in house, we also have engineering yet i suppose students arent designing the stadium renovations. Not even sure any accountanting students are keeping teack of player NIL and/or taxes
