You can be "positive" that coaches at Louisiana feel no pressure.
Re: Look on the Bright Side
Dave Schultz will join RR tonight for a postmortem as well.

Not surprised. Gary is one of those Negative Nancy/glass half empty type of “fans.” We had two men’s athletic programs go up against titans of sport this weekend. Underdogs in both games. Both teams tried REALLY HARD. Both teams were competitive. Both teams covered the spread. Think about that. 2-0 against the spread on the weekend and people here are talking like the sky is falling. We have a hometown hero returning next year to lead our football team. We have the winningest coach in Sun Belt history to lead our MBB team for the next 3 1/2 years. Yet some people still find reasons to not acknowledge the sunshine beaming down on our program. Maybe he’s down that WBB took it on the chin yesterday. Again refusing to see the bright side. The recruiting boost from playing in an arena at 7% capacity with North America’s largest R1 banner flying high.
Frankly I’m done. I’m exhausted of trying to make some of you see the things we are accomplishing. 6 straight seasons of bowl eligibility! An average of 20 wins per season in MBB over the last decade! I wish you all could see the harm your constant negativity is causing. We could easily average 20K for football and 4K for basketball with a more positive outlook from our diehards.

I will do some soul-searching. Hopefully, the Rebounder's Club can help me see the folly of my ways.

Since "I'm done" is sandwiched between parody, one could conclude you are just getting started. :)

One of your finest work, sir.
The sad part is that there’s people out there that think like this.

Unfortunately for the rest of us, they're also the people who control the program.
