UNT's Enrollment Now Up to Nearly 47,000 Students

The total number that will be reported will include all students and with our very large freshmen class and large online and part time students we will be close to 19000. It will be broken out by full time degree seeking, grad students, etc. But it will be close to 19000. Even if some don’t want it to be. We had a big drop during Covid but are coming back very strongly.

UNT even with 47k students struggles to get major attendance numbers. A true commuter school.

But our athletic budget COULD be higher if our administration would provide the full authorization (3%?). Aren’t we using 2% or less now?

We have a few Commuter Fans. Not really that many but the ones we do have are on here honking their horns and holding up traffic everyday so it just seems like we have a lot.

LOL. I may have been a youngling back then but I remember how arrogant some of their fans got. In a way its keeps me grounded as fan knowing we can be just like UAB or Tejas Norte if we're not careful.
