Burton was the center behind Shane Vallot last year, and in the spring until his injury. He was supposed to be the starting center this year. His problem is not the calls, but the snaps and conditioning. He needs practice, so playing guard allows him to focus on playing without the snap concerns.

With that said. Who will be center when burtons in the game at guard?? Hudson or Jax.

They can rotate either at center. But Hudson played the entire game this past weekend, unless I missed the change in the in the last series.

I think you’re right about last game. But isn’t Jax a backup center? So if burton takes Jax snaps at guard Jax could slide to center.

I’m watching rice mcneese right now. I’ll see how big the DTs are. Haha.
