Do we hire a coach within the Napier system to keep the culture going? Or, hire someone outside of it, starting a new culture? It will be interesting to see what Dr. Maggard does once we find out where Napier goes.

I think it's going to be outside the current staff. Yes, and Dr. Maggard, I'm sure is already dialing numbers.
