Catchers at the college level throw you out stealing 2nd 50 to 65% of the time on average. The elite teams are even higher.

alum81, your stats are so, so, so wrong it's not even funny. Last year, in the SEC, runners were thrown out 24% of the time. You have your numbers backwards.
