We OWN their front page. Top article is "UL Baseball Sets School Record With 50th Win". Unedited title. They have no admin for the site.
And a darn fine scoreboard shot in the second story.
The headlines ALL say either UL or LOUISIANA!! SAY OUR NAME, hoax!!! :D

Suck on that long and hard Hoax.
They may not be able to change the content but if they had an admin he probably would remove those stories from his front page portal. Glad to see he is gone. Matt was a _____.

Curve is my 1st guess, slider is 2nd
Re: Louisiana Baseball Sets School Record With 50th Win
That's a curve. Slider has a similar grip, but the only difference is you don't whip your wrist with the slider like you do a curve. A slider, you just hold with that grip but throw like a fast ball.

Also, some throw the curve (I did) by spiking their index finger knuckle into the ball while their middle finger rides the seam. This results in a sharper break (but harder to command) ... especially on the 12-6 variety.

I was thinking two seam as well because of where he is gripping the ball (a little lower than curve/slider) but I always throw mine a little lower to where the the seams where closest together.

It looks like the pressure is applied mostly on the middle finger. Over the top..fall off the table.
Re: Louisiana Baseball Sets School Record With 50th Win
Slider… if that was a 2 seam fastball the fingers would be slightly more spread...

That's what I was about to say, when I would throw my 2-seem fastball my fingers would not be touching. But man that's the beauty of baseball and pitching.... and why so many pitchers throw the same pitches completely different from one another. Everybody has their own way of tweaking their grip on certain pitches.

This is true. Hard to tell without knowing where the pressure is being placed and arm, hand, or wrist action.
