Playing for bowl eligibility. Looking like there will be more eligible teams than slots this year. Some 6-6 teams will stay home. Not saying ULM would, but they gotta be near the bottom of the pecking order.

Depends on if there are enough other Sunbelt teams bowl eligible to meet contract obligations. I agree, if they have to depend on an at-large bid, it doesn't look good.

Depend on criteria, but if APR is used, they’re toast.

Don’t think apr is used till you get to needing 5-7 teams. I think the belt only has 5 bowl tie ins then like another 3 or 4 to backfill if first conference can’t fill.

Belt has 7 teams eligible already without Monroe. App and coastal can also get to 6 with a win.

I don’t think necessarily. Sunbel has “x” number of bowl slots by contract with the various bowls. Presuming ULM is needed to fill a spot, APR won’t come into play.

You can bet their coach won't be telling the there are more than enough teams to fill all bowl slots.

ULM will be going all out.

We are playing for a West Division title and home field for the SB Championship game.

It will be our best against their best; I like our chances. I think the South Al game got our heads in the right place.

It’s a business trip for these boys. They haven’t lost on the road this year. They will be focused!
