Yeah but that was exceptionally bad. First off someone had to have missed a sign when we tried to steal 2nd. Then Higgs with a bit of a bone headed play trying to tag up from 1st to 2nd and getting tagged before a run could score from 3rd. Abysmal base running that inning

Fly ball double play CF to 2B to end the inning.

That deserved bashing. Not being aware enough to know you can’t get tagged there is bad enough. To go in standing up is just totally ridiculous.

U can’t make this up….

That is gonna stick with me for a while as one of the worst baserunning innings in a while. 3 guys got on, 2 balls put into play (one a double), no Ks and you didn’t score. The math just doesn’t add up
