LOL.....Dude, WDW is not a global event that will keep Cajun Nation away. That is more of an isolated group of people going (WHY??? God I hate WDW). I don't think that will keep the attendance down but it sucks for you...LOL. You can come by and visit our tailgate.
Attendance: 30k+
Do not forget that others come into Louisiana to be with family for turkey day & catch a game while in town! So I think it will balance out the T-day travelers not being there. If the weather is nice, that's the caveat.
Monroe brings 300 and I hope we bring 28'000+.

26,000+....my entire family (Brother Sisters and family) of 27 home for Thanksgiving going to the game.....that has not happened since I was on Coach Stokes staff and I am very excited about it!
Might be the biggest hunting weekend of the year, I will be there but attendance will be hurt by the holiday. It's been proven over the years. Still think we get a decent crowd, 25 k would be good

Half of my family will be at WDW as well. You are correct this is an isolated group, but there will be many isolated groups just like this in different locations (either with family or some other trip) that won't return until Sunday. You also have to consider the students who will have been out the last 2 days of the week. I'm sure there will be a group of them not coming back to Lafayette until after Saturday as well.
