Re: Game ON: Cajuns vs Dogs
i'm not talking about a game, i'm talking about programs. when doing a comparison of both schools programs, tech can only claim football.

Yes it is this has been proven to you dozens of times. You just aren't required to put it on letterheads.

No, what is sad is that you folks don't understand why others in the ULS and State care. You folks pulled a con, using the back door in order to attempt claiming ownership of the name you coveted. Also, the name implies status in the ULS that your school does not hold and is precluded by law. I, and many others, contend that was your covert plan from the beginning. The only reason I care is because for some irrational reason you folks dragged Tech into your name game, while we never chose to participate. That is the primary reason. The other is because you folks make such a big deal about it and attempt to villainize any person, business, or institution that disagrees. One must admit that threatening (including death threats, if memory serves) a journalist for writing an article disagreeing with your stated position doesn't make much sense and is rather irrational and quite disturbing. One should also admit it rather odd that you folks get so bent out of shape because you are referred to as Louisiana Lafayette at a sporting event. You folks seem to forget that it is you who started the "battle," yet you blame everyone and everything else.
Since you implicitly asked, I answered.

You don't comprehend the difference between a legal entity and its branding of products.
They do not have to be related.
Do you really think Google search should call itself "Alphabet" in everyday use?
Re: MBB Final: Cajuns 75, Dogs 71
Brand name does not equal a legal name
