Re: SBC G11: Louisiana vs Texas State
So Milhorn eh? Initially that concerns me, since UTA can hit BUT it makes sense - this is the last game Robe can use to get his confidence back and if he fails, oh well, we're hosting a regional next weekend. But if he can come through, then have another weapon

Bingo! Love the move. Trotting him out in a championship game shows him that this coaching staff still believes in him. Best case scenario he pitches great and now we have a reliable #4 going into the regionals, especially important if there's an injury. Worst case scenario, he doesn't pitch well, and we are forced to slug our way to a championship (something I'm fairly sure we can do considering we have one of the best offenses in the country).
Re: SBC G11: Louisiana vs Texas State
I'm sure all of us are really hoping to see the Milhorn we saw in the first half of the season. He's really our only guy left capable of giving us multiple innings if he's able to hit his spots.
Did Carter pitch this week?
Re: SBC G11: Louisiana vs Texas State
Milhorn did not forget how to pitch, he didn't lose his talents. He has a wiring deficiency between the ears right now. Tomorrow he fixes it himself and leads us to victory.
