That can be offset by doing a nopay home, home, road series vs teams they normally would not travel to.

I did not know that; I am happy for him as I'm sure he really wanted to get on the court again.

I think what you saw from him was someone trying to do too much and considering the current healthy talent we have on this team right now, there could be worse things to have.
You haven't watched a game this year. It's ok.

Watched both before the TCU game. It's Ok though. You're ____ed. The funny thing is he's been one of our better players thus far. We have bigger problems on this team.

But in truth, our biggest contributors this year played the most minutes, excluding Russell, who apparently is injury prone.
I'm not out here crushing Marlin today. Just talking about the game.
We've compared Marlin to Rickey Bustle in terms of the parallels in their programs. I think an even better comparison is Jason Garrett of the Dallas Cowboys. Bustle had such limited resources and had to deal with the Fossil. Garrett has everything at his fingertips and just teases enough to want to keep him around.

I personally watched most of the Loyola game/part of the McNeese game and all of the TCU game.
My take on Gueye is that he pretty solid vs lesser opponents, but he showed vs better competition he is going to struggle. I think by seasons end he will be a solid SBC type player, but when he is going up against better teams he is going to look like he did against vs TCU.

LOL THAT IS THE WHOLE ISSUE. HE IS ONE OF THE BETTER PLAYERS. Oh he looked good against a NAIA school. I'd hope so

Again, I did not see the TCU game but have talked to several people who are big fans who watched it. My understanding is he was trying to do too much. They said he had the ball in his hands way more than he had in the previous games. Is it possible Marlin saw a matchup he liked with Dou and wanted to see if they could exploit it? I would hope he is patrolling the lane more often than not and hitting the boards because he's appeared to be our most athletic front court guy and most aggressive which is where we could use him.

When is Smith going to be back?
