That's what I was thinking. One big missing factor that none of us can possibly know by just reading their bio, is what their personalities are like. I think we can all agree that a big personality is needed in this position. We don't need another soft-spoken, behind the scenes guy like Farmer. We don't need a loud-mouth either, just someone in between that can be professional and assertive in what they want to get down and make it known.Quote:
