This is awesome, but we need to get hot at the plate in the next 4 weeks. We need Strentz to start mashing. Also need Aut and Carson to regain early season form. But man it is good to grind out some wins. Shows what type of mentality this teams has, battles and fights to win every game, even when they should lose.!

We have won different ways all year. Tonight was no different. A wise coach once said, the season is a marathon with peaks and valleys......This team has seen more peaks than valleys all season.

.~. Jumped to # 10 (for now) in the RPI... from # 13, despite several of our opponents losing tonight. Raw went from .5892 to .5912 on Warren Nolan...

Baseball is a funny game. We light up their best closer. Milhorn pitches poorly and gets the win. What a game.

It is just so tightly packed. Teams can move positions based on just one opponent result in some cases. Not much separating the Cajuns from #3 ... or #20. In all of my years of examining the RPI closely (at the end of the season), I have never seen it like this.

Also just noticed #1 Virginia down 8-1 in the 9th in their only game this week
How did Virginia get away with not having a weekend series this far into the season???
Re: UL vs Southeastern Louisiana
Hopefully Harrison can help out the bullpen when he returns to pitching.
