So, without this explanation, the initial post you made about this issue with all the numbers is misleading at best.
Re: Is UL Athletics Broke?
Last few pages of this thread is Vic chasing his tail and several poor souls explaining in fairly precise detail......but.....that tail is so close, gotta get that tail.

We've reached the point in the discussion where Cav-Vic is so backed into a corner that he starts denying basic reality and then tells everyone else that he won. Good night. I'm out.

They didn't get rid of them. The students and some legislators want those fees reduced and capped to never allow an increase in student athletic fees again. There are some that want the fees eliminated completely, that will never happen.

So, have we spent enough to win for Homecoming this week . . .

Hud and Napier, both at their peak, were larger than any coach the administration had dealt with. One reason RCAF will never have autonomy, Fossil, Jr doesn’t want anyone else to have an iota of say. I’ve been in his corner since day 1, but watching this FB season, lack of follow thru on Alden and name game, I’m disgusted. It’s RCC 2.0.
Was/is money an issue? Yes. But it’s also an excuse.
