Finally, you and I agree on something. Unfortunately, it's the bolded statement above. Ironic that you made it yourself.
The Cajuns going 13-of-28 on free throws was the difference in a five-point loss. That has been an issue all season, as well as perimeter shooting. Rice actually had more turnovers (19) than the Cajuns (15).
But I don't expect someone who is delusional enough to think people listen to local radio shows just to hear observations only he sees in person or on his big-screen TV to understand that.
Asking how many games I attended this year is your way of deflecting the fact you've lost this discussion. I watched numerous games online, listened to many others on the radio and attended multiple practices before moving out of town.

Leave it to you to accuse me of not going to any games this season when in fact I went to 3 games this year and watched another 4 or 5 games on tv/internet.
As a matter of fact it's funny you accuse me of not going to any games this year when I went to one of those games with YOU.
You accuse me of not going to any games this year when in fact half the games you went to this year you went with ME.
It dont get no better then that.
Someone accusing me of not going to any games actually went to a game with ME this season and I drove you to the game in my truck. LOL
Anyway this conversation has nothing to do with how many games who went to.
I never said anything about how many games you went to.
I dont care if you went to none or if you went to all of them.
I really dont care what you think about any subject.
Everyone has the right to think what they want to think.
I really dont care when you disagree with me or anyone else.
The only thing I have a problem with is when you put your opinion way above everyone else's opinion as if it's gospel and put everyone else who thinks different then your opinions down like they are some type of idiot.
If you want to think the Cajuns problems is because a right handed point guard is lefthanded fine. I have no problems with that as long as you dont come down on everyone that does not agree with your opinion.

Obviously the Rice players & coaches saw it, because there was a stretch in the second half that until that point In the game, even with our poor perimeter shooting, it was still anyone's game, as in a two point contest. Then came a stretch with double digit TOs by our guys & a physically inferior BB team pulled out to a double digit lead. UL was clearly in the game until that point & clearly out of the game once that stretch occurred. But thanks to you guys, I now know that's definitely NOT what happened.
You just crack me up.

The Cajuns had eight turnovers in the first half and seven in the second half.
The Cajuns shot 46.7% (14-of-30) overall in the first half and 28.6% (8-of-28) in the second half.
The Cajuns shot 16.7% (1-of-6) on free throws in the first half and 54.5% (12-of-22) in the second half.
It's simple, really. The Cajuns missed 15 free throws, leaving 15 points on the floor - in a five-point loss.
If you want to go deeper, the Cajuns went 5:09 without scoring after Josh Brown's 3 gave them a 54-51 lead with 6:21 left. Rice responded with a 12-0 run. The Cajuns had only one turnover during that stretch but had four missed free throws.
Based on those facts, turnovers were not the deciding factor in the loss. Not that I expect that to stop you from changing the subject again in an attempt to win some sort of argument.

No I dont hate BWK
BWK is a double edge sword.
Sometimes I love his passion, and sometimes I hate it.
We have gotten into some real knockdown drag outs over the years.
It always passes.
He just needs to realize its ok to have strong opinions as long as he allows other people to have strong opinions to.
And quit taking not agreeing with him personally.
He thinks that if you disagree with him you are making some sort of personal attack.
Just not the case.

I am pretty sure he went to the UL website and looked up the play by play, and did the math for you.
