With Pitt losing, Clemson will jump us. ACC has to save face.

Also our bowl game last year was in the middle and was seen. This year, first weekend and forgotten.

Not sure where we will be ranked finally, probably lower than we all think we should be, but in the end…finishing the year, two years in a row, RANKED!!!

MSU at #11 wins their bowl and moves into TOP 10. Pitt finishes at 12-2. We can hop them. Clemson won't jump us. 10-3 is good, but they beat an unranked Iowa St. Iowa has a shot, but i think Kentucky has that one.

Just because teams lose in front of us doesn't mean the voters will move us up 6 spots for beating a 7-5 G5 team. Had it been a 7-5 Big 12 or SEC team then I'd agree that it's possible. We're more likely to stay put than jump to #10.

Last year CCU hit a ceiling around 11/12. No way they were going to move any more if they won their bowl game. And that was without all the P5s playing.

13th if we’re lucky, 12th will take a miracle. 15th probably.

They didn’t punish BYU. I believe that Pitt picking up a loss could drop a couple of spots.

Guys, I don't mind being wrong if you can provide a precise rebuttal. I'm all ears. I just don't see how anyone is deserving of the #10 spot in front of us or behind us that loses. If any of the next 4 games against Top 17 teams goes different than what I predicted, my assessment is gone. But if they fall into place, I don't see any better option than Louisiana at #10. It's not some much that Louisiana is THAT GOOD to be in #10, it's that nobody else is deserving enough to move up after a loss. They are the reasonable choice.
#19 Clemson would have to jump 9 spots to get in to #10.
#18 NC State gets a 0 for cancelled bowl game. 8 spot jump for no win? Nope.
